Satoh Aya, a temporary office worker who never bad-mouths about others no matter how much she is fooled, is conveniently used in her company as a 'sticky woman'. Such an ordinary office lady ends up meeting Ichijo Kei, the young successor of a large company, who was eager to marry early because of his grandmother, the chairman. The destiny plays with their fates and both meet each other in an unexpected situation which is going to change their destiny.

Post-it Girl

Aya works for a law firm in the city and is called as post-it girl by her officemates. A lawyer asks her to accompany him to an alumni gathering and she agrees. Meanwhile, Kei is excited to meet his long-distance girlfriend, Anna. After getting drunk at the gathering, Aya enters the wrong room and gets entangled with Kei.

Kei decides to help Aya get back at Yamaguchi. Kei tells Aya to be more confident and not let anyone else push her around. They agree to forget about what happened between them and go their separate ways, but fate has something else planned.

Kei meets with his lawyer to go through his options after being threatened by Aya's brother-in-law. He bumps into Aya, who works at the law office and soon discovers that she is pregnant. Aya goes home to Sumisaki and braces herself for her family's reaction to her being pregnant but Kei suddenly shows up to claim responsibility.

Aya goes to the hospital alone to get an abortion after leaving notes to Kei and her family. Before the abortion, the doctor in charge performs an ultrasound scan to check the condition of the fetus. As they look at the image of the fetus and hear its heartbeat, Aya and Kei begin to doubt their decision to have it aborted.

Kei agrees to marry Aya in order to keep his grandmother quiet from telling Anna. However, he realizes his drink had been spiked by Chikara the night he mistakenly slept with Aya and assumes Aya was part of the scam all along. He drafts up a divorce agreement with three rules and forces Aya to sign it because their marriage is just for show.

Aya attends a Motherhood Class by Dr. Yao, a trusted gynecologist. Ando suggests that Kei asks Dr. Yao to endorse the Banrei soap in order to increase public trust and product sales before they are forced to shut down for good. However, Dr. Yao is unimpressed that Kei is taking advantage of Aya's pregnancy for business reasons.

Aya and Kei find out that they share the same birthday. Kei agrees to celebrate their birthday with Aya after learning that she has never had a proper birthday celebration. Things don't go as planned and Aya goes to Hayato, where she can freely expresses her thoughts. This irks Kei but Hayato threatens to be the one to make Aya happy if Kei can't man up.

Anna shows up to confront Kei about the breakup. Kei stands by his decision, but feels bad after learning what happened to Anna. He tells Aya to go back to her hometown while he is away taking care of Anna. While on the way home, Aya almost suffers a miscarriage, prompting Grandma Kaoru to tell Anna the truth.

Due to a misunderstanding concerning the document Kei has prepared, Aya gets into an accident and suffers a miscarriage. She feels guilty for not being able to protect Little Prince and refuses to see Kei after because he gave his consent on aborting the baby in order to save her life. The rift between Kei and Aya grows ever wider, despite them caring for each other.
