Ha Ri, Byung Min, Jin Woong, and Ah Ryung successfully steal from an electric vehicle company and run off as planned. However, on their way back home, they get into a car accident and pass out. When they wake up, they are surrounded by a group of men and a game of life and death begins. A few years later, a stranger invites Ha Ri to a party hosted by a con artist.

Soo Min wants Ha Ri and his team to join her for her work. As she grants an offer that is hard to turn down, Ha Ri and his team travel back to Korea. Their next target is CEO Kim Yun Gi of KU Entertainment, who is making money off of dealing drugs in secret. Meanwhile, Ha Ri visits In Kyu at the prosecutors' office, and someone starts chasing after him.

Jae Yi drags Byung Min away when the two of them are trusted to come to the crime scene.

Ha Ri's team manages to arrest Yun Gi with Do Soo's help, but Mr. Song runs away from the scene. Their next target is Director Baek Hyun Mi, who runs an art gallery to use paintings as bribes. She fabricates cases for higher-ups so they can get away with law-breaking.

This time, Ha Ri disguises himself as a genius artist to catch Hyun Mi's attention. However, she is not easy to fool as she already suspects Ha Ri for popping up in the art industry out of nowhere, so she runs a background check on him. Meanwhile, Je Yi focuses on creating an art piece to infiltrate Hyun Mi's gallery.

Tenants from different neighbourhoods are mysteriously found dead one after another. During the investigation, Do Soo recognizes a unique name, Mr. Myeong, as it came up from other cases years ago. At the same time, Ha Ri makes up a deal to meet Mr. Myeong in person, who stays deep behind the curtains and gets the job done with his pawns.

Do Soo and Ha Ri's friends find out the real estate fraud wasn't fake, and Ha Ri stole real money from the victims. The victims of Ha Ri's fraud officially requested an investigation. Therefore, Do Soo arrests Ha Ri and his gang, but Ha Ri flees from the scene on a motorcycle. Meanwhile, Ha Ri advises Soo Min not to trust anyone, even the President.

Ha Ri disguises himself as a theological seminary graduate and infiltrates Junneungsun Jinrigyo, a cult, to catch its leader, Im Sang Sik. Ha Ri convinces Im Sang Sik that he could be an asset to the church by bringing rich followers. Soon, Ha Ri becomes Leader Im’s successor. Meanwhile, Soo Min falls in danger while trying to rescue a follower from Leader Im.

Do Soo wants to arrests Leader Im immediately, but Ha Ri knows he is going to bribe his way out. Therefore, he asks to wait so he can raid Leader Im's sacred place and make this arrest foolproof. Meanwhile, Soo Min looks for Director Bae, who knows where Leader Im's sacred place is.

Back in the year 2021, Hyung Min believed that Ha Ri was a good man, but Ha Ri and his team broke up when Ah Ryung died. Meanwhile, Soo Min finds out what President Choi has been doing and starts to get suspicious of him. She wants to know if he is related to Hyung Min's death, her ex-boyfriend.

Jeffery and his men attack Ha Ri's hideout as soon as he comes back to Seoul. Furthermore, he frames the protesters against the privatization of the capital railway corporation to change public opinion and holds an event at his company to proceed with his revolution by arranging a terror attack.

Ha Ri exposes Jeffery's crime by getting himself arrested, and President Choi Sang Ho resigns from his post after admitting to the allegation of creating a slush fund with Jeffery. Therefore, an arrest warrant for Jeffery has been issued. When Ha Ri's team is so close to catching Jeffery, Soo Min goes missing.
